Match Talent - The career centre for international talents in Germany

Get a free consultation on how to kickstart your career with government-funded educational programmes.

Government-funded educational programmes

With a shortage of nearly 2 million skilled workers, Germany is funding courses to upskill workers through educational vouchers, known as the Bildungsgutschein. To be eligible for this voucher, you must be living in Germany, unemployed or soon to be unemployed and registered with the Jobcenter or Agentur für Arbeit or in the process of registering.

As an international living in Germany,  you can take advantage of these programmes as well! Here at Match Talent we guide you through the process of finding a quality training programme that matches your career goals and we support you with your Bildungsgutschein application. FAQs

What services does Match Talent offer?

Match Talent supports you to receive the government-funded educational voucher known as the Bildungsgutschein. The goal is for you to take a further education course (Weiterbildung) that can then help you find a job after you've completed the course. We do not offer courses ourselves, but rather help you find the best course for you, funded by the Jobcenter or Agentur für Arbeit, through our course counselling. We then help you prepare your application to receive the Bildungsgutschein including helping you craft the perfect CV and motivational letter. We then support you at your appointment to receive the voucher by sending you with a Buddy to provide translation support if needed.

Are all of Match Talent's services free?
Yes! Everything that we offer is 100% free of charge. We help you receive the Bildungsgutschein which is government-funded and therefore free of charge for you.
Who is eligible for your services?
We are able to support individuals living in Germany who are unemployed or soon to be unemployed and are registered or in the process of registering with the Jobcenter or Agentur für Arbeit.

Are your services offered in English?
Yes! All or our services are offered in English. We also can help you find a course that takes place in English and includes German language instruction to improve your German!
