Über Match Talent
Match Talent ist eine Initiative von der Online-Sprachschule Lingoda, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bildungsplattform für Geflüchtete Kiron Open Higher Education, die im Sommer 2022 als Karrierecenter ins Leben gerufen wurde. Ziel von Match Talent ist es, internationale Talente bei der Qualifizierung und Integration in die deutsche Gesellschaft und den Arbeitsmarkt zu fördern. Dazu werden Bildungsprogramme von erfahrenen Partnern in Deutschland mit sprachlichen und interkulturellen Lernangeboten verbunden. Ergänzend bietet Match Talent kostenfreie Karriereservices an, bestehend aus Karriere- und Weiterbildungscoaching und zusätzlichen Unterstützungsangeboten wie Live-Events und einem Buddy-Programm.
About Match Talent
Match Talent is an initiative by the online language school Lingoda, in collaboration with the educational platform for refugees Kiron Open Higher Education. The initiative was launched as a career center in July 2022. Match Talent's goal is to support international talents in their qualification and integration into the German society and the labour market. To achieve this, education programmes from high-quality educational partners in Germany are combined with language and intercultural training tailored to the needs of newcomers. In addition, Match Talent offers free career services consisting of career and course counselling and further support services such as live events and a buddy programme.
