During the info session you will learn more about our Intro to Digital Careers Course. The course is designed for individuals who are interested in changing careers or who had a longer career break. It’s a great opportunity to discover which new digital career is right for you. In just 4 weeks, students can deep dive into various industries and see what they would like to do next. They can then either begin looking for a job, or apply for a longer course in the field of your choice with a Bildungsgutschein, as it can increase your chances of getting a Bildungsgutschein if you first do a course with Aktivierungsgutschein. You will also hear more about our initiative Match Talent for Women.
About Match Talent & DCI
Match Talent is an initiative by the online language school Lingoda in collaboration with the NGO Kiron Open Higher Education, which supports international talents free of charge. Match Talent has supported over 200 individuals secure an educational voucher! We have partnered with DCI to help people who are uncertain about their next career step to find a digital career that excites them through an Orientation Course.

Match Talent for Women aims to help migrant women in Germany gain access to government-funded education. This allows them to (re)enter the workforce, fulfil their career dreams and become active and independent members of the society. We not only support women in obtaining Aktivierungsgutscheine (a type of educational vouchers), Match Talent for Women also looks to build a strong community of women. This community provides support along with empowering its members to gain independence through a new career.
